How long will it take for my stuff to arrive?
I aim to post your item within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery of in-stock items ordered online.
UK orders are posted standard First Class by Royal Mail. If you wish to use another delivery method, email me.
International orders are posted with Royal Mail by a tracked service. A tracking number will be provided to you upon confirmation of dispatch of your order.
If your in-stock item has not arrived after 2 weeks of ordering, please let me know so it can be investigated at the post office. I will try to inform you of any known delays with your order, but in busy times, this is not always possible, despite our best intentions. (In busy times, check out our social media for shipping updates.)

How do I wash my fabric?
Using detergents on any aida is not recommended. For care directions for printed aida, please click here.
The colour of my aida looks different from what I expected/Can you help me choose what fabric would work best?
Capturing the true colour of the aida I sell is basically the bane of my existence. Trying to photograph anything in Scotland is a weather-based crapshoot at best and everyone's computer screen or phone resolutions are also different, so some small variances are to be expected!
To keep this to a minimum, I take images in as close to natural light as possible, with minimal editing to try to reflect the true colour, shade and vibrancy of the fabric as possible. If you feel something has been massively misrepresented, please just get in touch - I'm only human after all.
If you're in any doubt about shade, tone, depth of colour, please just ask for more photos or details.
I am also happy to lend my opinion on what fabric might work best for your project - just ask! As an avid cross stitcher myself, I am more than happy to help.
I'm not happy with my order!
I'm genuinely sorry to hear that - please email me to let me know and we'll work on a solution together. I really am all about making sure you can make your cross stitch dreams come true, so just let me know your beef and we'll sort it out together!
As a last resort, returns are accepted. Custom orders however usually can not be returned, but we'll work on a solution together, if you just let me know there's an issue.
I'm interested in wholesale - what's the deal?
If you are looking to purchase aida, thread or anything else you think I may be able to help with in bulk, please email me to discuss.
I really want aida in x print or colour - can you make it for me?
Quite possibly! Drop me a line and we'll see what we can do. Just about any colour or print should be possible, such is modern technology!
Where can I buy your cross stitch charts?
Hello, I'm a journalist and I'd like to feature your wares...
Please, go right ahead. You have impeccable taste and your hair looks great today. I'm very accommodating and will be happy to discuss anything with you, provide high res images, samples etc.

What happened to Miso Funky/The Bellwether?
The name Miso Funky was of its time and as the business had evolved so much since it began back in 2005, it no longer really suited my products and theme. So, I changed it to The Bellwether, which more closely suited what I'm about. You can read about the change here. Now I'm back, I am just cruising along under my own name, being myself. Highly recommend.
I still have a question, can you answer it?
I will certainly try. Email me and ask at email@example.com.
