Shipping Details

I aim to post all orders of in-stock items within 1-2 working days. An email will be sent to you to let you know when your items have been sent. If you’ve ordered a custom item, we'll agree a lead time estimate at point of ordering.

Items are posted First Class in the UK at a flat rate of £1.75.

International orders are posted by tracked airmail at a flat rate of £11.00.

The flat rate deal means that you'll be charged the above amount no matter how much you buy.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, however, Royal Mail will do everything in their power to get items to you.

International Shipping

I ship internationally to all countries by Royal Mail's international tracked service. See above for the pricing info. 

International orders are dispatched 2-3 times per week and a tracking number will be included with your order dispatch confirmation. Please allow 24-48 hours before tracking your order to allow time for it to enter the mail system. You can track items at https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

**USA SHIPPING**

US buyers, please be aware that mail is taking a lot longer than usual. It seems the delay is with USPS due to ongoing issues. Once your item enters the USPS system, you can sign up for updates on its movements on their website. Simply track the item and you'll be given the option where it is available. Please know that your item it IS coming. Some customers are reporting almost-normal shipping times and some are experiencing delays of 1-2 weeks.

**CANADA SHIPPING**

Mail to Canada is notoriously slower than to the USA from the UK. You can track your package with the tracking number from your dispatch confirmation. Once your item enters the Canadian mail system, you can sign up for updates on its movements on their website. Simply track the item and you'll be given the option where it is available.
Please know that your item it IS coming, it's just very slow. Again, some customers have commented on the speed being almost-normal, so it seems to depend on how busy customs is on any given day.

**AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING**

Mail to Australia and New Zealand is reportedly slower than usual from the UK. You can track your package with the tracking number from your dispatch confirmation. Please know that your item it IS coming, it's just very slow. Again, some customers have commented on the speed being almost-normal, so it seems to depend on how busy customs is on any given day.

Payment methods

Payments are acepted by Paypal, credit or debit card.

I do not accept cheques or PayPal E-cheques. In some circumstances, we may accept BACS payments – please email for more information.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide your details correctly. I cannot be responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address, so please check your address carefully at check-out and let me know immediately of any errors.

Customs and Duty Fees

You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked “sale of goods". I bear no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by you to receive your package if it is held by your local customs department.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to me as undeliverable or because customs fees have not been paid, you must pay the postage again for it to be re-dispatched. If you choose not to have it redelivered, if goods are received in the original condition and are resaleable, a refund will be made to you minus the shipping costs.

Packaging

I use 100% compostable mailing bags to post items within the UK and internationally as standard. For bulkier orders, padded envelopes may be used.

I do not include invoices or other billing information with any packages to keep costs down.

Sending a gift? I will be more than happy to include a hand-written note and wrap your order for you at no extra charge - just leave a note at check out or email me.
